The manufacturer of our parts is Jereh Power Tech. Jereh Power Tech is a Premium heavy duty engine parts supplier. Their parts are all strictly designed as per IATF16949 system requirements and ISO9001 quality management system for production and quality control, providing reliable cylinder heads. They have adopted an automatic foundry production line, advanced CNC machining center and automatic assembly lines. Robotic, high-speed equipment is used to manufacture and assemble the valve train parts assembly. They also use intelligence robots to clean, inspect and guarantee accurate assembly. All cylinder heads have been Metalgraphic and hardness inspected to ensure correct composition and undergo MULTIPLE tests for quality control including hot water pressure testing, vacuum testing and oil duct pressure testing.

We, (Behind The 8) do not warranty any items sold by us. The manufactures provide warranties for their products. Any defect or damage caused by the manufacturing or the design of any item is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
Processing a Warranty Claim
As part of our dedication to superior customer service, we often assist our customers with their warranty claim and return for an item purchased from us within the warranty period and terms set out by the manufacturer. We may at our discretion assist you with opening a warranty claim and facilitating a return on your behalf with the manufacturer for a product you purchased from us. To initiate a warranty claim, and request this service, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Replacement, refund or credit will be issued within 30 days to you (the customer) only after the warranty>claim has been successfully settled under the warranty process administered by the product manufacturer.
Shipping costs to deliver the product to Behind The 8, or the manufacturer’s facility for the purpose of inspection of the item or return of the item will be at the expense of the purchaser (You) of the product.
