YES, By maintaining a large inventory, we have the benefit of being able to serve our customers quickly and efficiently. No waiting months heads. No importation. No exchange rates or tariffs.

 

We stand behind our cylinder heads… and our customers. All cylinder heads come with a 13-month warranty. If warranty is required, the process is as follows. We require a video of the serial number on the front of the damaged head as well as the damaged area. We require up to 48 hours for our engineering department to assess the damage. Once we have determined the defect has been caused by a fault on our end, we will ship a new head out to your head office or the initial location it was purchased from.

Yes, all of our cylinder heads are equipped with Stage 3 - Inconel Valves. Here's what that means and how it benefits your engine:
Stage 1 - Standard Valve:
Our standard cylinder heads come with all essential valve train components, designed for increased strength and a larger water passage size. This design enhances coolant flow, leading to more efficient heat transfer. Additionally, a higher nickel content ensures longer-lasting strength and durability.
Stage 2 - Inconel Exhaust Valve:
At this stage, we equip the cylinder heads with Inconel valves (either intake or exhaust, depending on the application). Inconel valves are renowned for their ability to withstand extreme temperatures and pressures, significantly enhancing engine resilience.
Stage 3 - Inconel Intake AND Exhaust Valves:

A cylinder head sits on top  of the engine block (It forms the upper ceiling of the  combustion chamber). Cylinder heads improve the  turbulence of the air/fuel mixture and prevent fuel  droplets from settling on the combustion chamber.  In addition to this, the cylinder head provides  thermal insulation (while the engine side gets very  hot …up to 300 degrees, the external side needs to  remain relatively cool. The cylinder head absorbs  about 70 % of the heat generated by the engine and  must resist high levels of thermal and mechanical  stress.

Replacing a  cylinder head requires coolant to be drained,  removal of turbos, intake pipes, valve cover, rockers,  injectors and head bolts. The head can then be  removed and replaced.

Once the  cylinder head is oZ it must be tested at a machine  shop to be inspected and diagnosed if it can be  safely repaired. If so, steps will be taken to weld the  cracks and the head will be re-machined. New valve  seats, new valves and new springs will need to be  installed.
